ZeroPilot 30ECB mapholder

ZeroPilot 30ECB mapholder consists of ZeroPilot base + 30 ECB board. Base is designed for non-circular cross section bars, e.g. carbon cockpits. Most used cross-section of the carbon cockpits nowadays is eliptic. Aluminium alloy ZeroPilot base can be equipped with different reduction sets - available now are reductions for:

1) Scott/Syncros 2020 - on the reductions marked as S0

2) Scott/Syncros 2022 - on the reductions marked as S2

3) Scott/Syncros 2024 - - on the reductions marked as S4

4) Trek/Bontrager RSL 2023 - on the reductions marked as T3

5) Trek/Bontrager RSL 2025 -  soon should be available - - on the reductions will be marked as T5

6) Specialized/Roval 2023

If you make 3D scan of the bars + stem using application 3d-scanner and front camera, or Iphone with LIDAR function and application Polycam, ideally without cables from the levers, I will try to produce appropriate reduction set (see the photos). Otherwise specify in the "note" box type of your bike/bars. Thanks to wide variety of bars models and potential complications (bowdens output) I can´t guarantee that ZerPilot mapholder will be adaptable for your bars. In that case I recommend you universal solution - adapter for installation into the fork tube + AB mapholder base - see in this category.

Map height 125 mm above the bars axis, no tools needed for installation. Standard base color is black matte, other colors on demand (longer delivery time). Price is valid for ZeroPilot with any of the white boards - please specify one of the boards in the "note" box.

Warning/disclaimer for PilotOne Elite Carbon Boards (ECB)

Dark surface of the ECB attracts a lot of heat from the sun – ECB can become very hot and this heat can deform/shrink the film and also release the glue of the 3M DualLock scratches on the bottom side. So when your bike with the mapholder is parked under the shining sun (doesn´t matter what is the temperature), it is strongly recommended to remove the whole mapholder (or at least tear off the film) and keep it separately in shadow/hidden from the sun. If shadow is not available, tear off the film and cover the rest of the mapholder preferably with wet light color cloth/paper. If the map is used, turn it with printed part upside down, hot sun can copy the map print onto the film.

Disclaimer 1: ECB can break due to the fall/accident. If ECB breaks, broken edges have no long (not dangerous) spikes. ECB damages caused by accidents or improper use are not the producer´s or reseller´s fault and responsibility.

Disclaimer 2: ECB has strong structure inside and therefore is very hard, tough and firm. It can be difficult to break due to the crash. And therefore it could be in some cases dangerous for the riders to fall onto the edge of the ECB. Producer or resellers has no responsibility in these cases. The rider using ECB agrees that using of ECB is on her/his own risk and responsibility.
